1. Who publishes the service
My longevity roadmap (the "service") is published by Victori SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the RCS under number 101259034, whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Intra-community VAT number: FR80101259034.

Your conversations and plans are hosted in France: Scalingo SAS, 3 rue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, 59000 Lille, France, operates the API and the database on infrastructure located in the Paris region (3DS Outscale), within a perimeter certified HDS (health data host).
The web server that serves you the pages is hosted by Salesforce, Inc. (Heroku), 415 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. It relays your requests to the API and keeps no conversation.
2. What the service does
You choose a longevity goal and a budget, then you talk with the AI assistant, powered by an artificial intelligence model. The service works out a plan from it: a series of levers and steps, presented as general information and wellness guidance.
This assistant is software, and nothing else: no person reads your messages live or writes the answers.
Building a plan is free and open without an account. Creating an account is optional. Only one service is paid, and you only meet it at the end of a plan: the introduction to a professional from the directory, described in section 6.
3. What the service is not
The service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It makes no diagnosis, prescribes no treatment and replaces neither a consultation nor the advice of a healthcare professional.
Do not use the service to delay a consultation or to change an ongoing treatment. In an emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112 (European emergency number).
4. Access and account
The service is for adults only. Your age band is asked at the start of the plan, before any other question : your answer stands as an attestation that you are of age. If you say you are under 18, no plan is built and nothing is recorded.
Creating an account gives access to the features that need to recognise you from one visit to the next; it is created with an e-mail address, through our authentication provider.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the actions taken from your account. You can delete it at any time, which ends these terms as far as you are concerned.
5. Acceptable use
By using the service, you agree not to:
- automate it, script it, extract it in bulk or bypass its protections;
- degrade its operation, in particular through an abnormal volume of requests;
- enter personal data about another person, or any unlawful content;
- present the AI assistant's answers as medical advice, or resell them.
We may suspend the access of a user who breaks these rules.
If you share a plan by link, you publish it: the page becomes readable by anyone who has the address, and what you expose there is your decision. You can cut the link at any time from the plan's menu. What sharing shows, what it does not record and what cutting the link does exactly are described in section 8 of the privacy policy.
6. Introduction to a professional (paid service)
At the end of a plan, the service may offer you a professional from its directory, first without their identity: first name and initial, profession, city or district, support formats. For €29 including VAT, as a single payment, you get their full identity: name, portrait when the professional has consented to its publication, contact details, website and booking link. No subscription, no renewal, no later charge.
This payment buys an introduction, not a health service. The professional practises independently: they set their rates, their availability and the terms of their support, which you agree directly with them. Victori SAS is neither their employer nor their agent, takes no commission on what they bill you, and guarantees neither their availability nor the outcome of their support.
Payment is operated by our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We neither see nor keep your card number. Only the identifier of your plan and that of the professional are passed to it: no conversation content, no health data. An invoice is e-mailed to you, French VAT included in the €29.
By confirming your payment, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service, before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period, and you expressly waive that right. The professional's identity being digital content supplied immediately and in full, the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as it is displayed to you, under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. This waiver is asked of you on the payment page, and the plan cannot go any further without it.
Satisfied or refunded. Independently of the above, we grant a commercial guarantee: if the professional does not suit you, write to us at hello@mylongevityroadmap.com with the identifier of your plan, and we will refund you on simple request, with no justification to provide, to the payment method used. This guarantee adds to the rights the law grants you and does not replace them.
7. Answers are generated by an AI
The AI assistant writes its answers with a language model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or ill-suited to your situation, even when phrased with confidence. Check with a professional any information that commits your health, your money or your safety: you remain the sole decider of what you do with it.
Only enter into the conversation what you agree to entrust to us. What happens to your messages is described in the privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its brand, its interface, its texts and its code are the property of Victori SAS. You hold a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for the duration of your use.
The messages you write remain yours. You allow us to process them only to the extent needed to run the service.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or result. Being free and under construction, it can be changed, interrupted or stopped, in whole or in part, without notice. We will try to announce significant changes when possible.
10. Liability
Within the limits the law permits, Victori SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damage linked to the use of the service, nor for the decisions you take from the content it produces. The rights the law grants consumers are not affected by this clause.
11. Personal data
The data we process, why, where it is hosted, and how to request its erasure, are described in the privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
12. Changes to the terms
These terms may change with the service. The effective date shown at the top of the page is the authoritative one; continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you run into a problem, write to us first at hello@mylongevityroadmap.com: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the dispute falls to the courts with jurisdiction under the ordinary rules of law, including those that protect the consumer.
