1. What the directory brings you
A plan does not offer a list of professionals, or a ranking. It offers one. The person's goal designates the profile competent for that goal, the town they gave decides whether your practice is within reach, and it is that profile that shows — a single one, with no second position and no "other practitioners nearby".
The path that leads to you is always the same:
- the person phrases their goal and receives a dated and costed plan, bounded by their budget;
- the plan ends with a professional: your complete profile, your name, your approach, your contact details and your booking link;
- they contact you themselves, through your link, away from us: the profile is public, with no payment.
A contact that reaches you is therefore a deliberate one: a goal phrased and a plan accepted. We take no commission on what you then bill, and we do not need to know your rates.
What depends on you, and on you alone, fits in two lines: your booking link, and the three lines about your approach. They are the only levers between an opened profile and an appointment — and we change them whenever you want.
2. Who we list
Two cases, and they are not the same: a regulated profession is not coaching with an extra diploma.
- Regulated profession. Physician, dietitian, physiotherapist, psychologist, nurse… We check your RPPS or ADELI number by hand, in the public register, before publishing you. A number we have not checked is not presented as verified — and that is the only reason this check happens before publication and not after.
- Coaching. Coach, fitness trainer, nutrition practitioner, sleep support… The training you claim is published as you declare it.
These two cases will never make a single list. Today a plan offers one profile at a time, so the distinction is not yet visible on screen; the day the directory displays as a list, the two groups will be named, the regulated professions first, and the difference will be spelled out rather than folded into an icon.
We do not have the means to lend an endorsement we do not hold. Showing a sleep physician and a coach side by side without saying so would turn a directory into advice.
3. On which goals, and where
A professional declares themselves competent on goals of the plan, not on a taxonomy of specialties invented for the occasion. There are nine of them:
- sleep better;
- regain energy;
- look after your joints;
- keep your strength and independence;
- lose fat for good;
- keep a sharp mind;
- protect your heart and arteries;
- keep chronic diseases at bay;
- progress in sport without paying for it later.
In-person care is decided by distance, not by a map of regions. Each practice profile carries a town and a radius. A person is only offered a practice if they are within that radius, and the plan tells them the approximate distance to it. Outside that radius, they see the same profile by video if you consult remotely — and if you only see patients in person, they see nobody.
So there is neither a place to buy nor a rank to earn: there is a goal you cover, or not. For each goal, the directory designates the profile offered first, and the area can then set that profile aside in favour of another that covers the same goal and is within the person's reach.
Finally, and it is written here rather than discovered on applying: the directory is opening up, and the published profiles are still few. We would rather offer nobody than offer someone the person could not see. An area with no professional does not display empty: it does not display at all, and the plan ends with the person's own doctor then the professional the goal calls for.
4. How to apply
By e-mail, to hello@mylongevityroadmap.com. There is no form, no account to create, and nothing to install.
So that we can decide without chasing you, tell us:
- your name, your profession, and if it is regulated your RPPS or ADELI number;
- your diplomas, certifications and training, with the body and the year;
- which of the nine goals above you genuinely support, and for how long;
- video, in person or both; for in person, the town of your practice and the radius beyond which you no longer accept patients;
- your public booking or profile link, the one we will display;
- three lines about your approach, written for someone hesitating to call you.
The radius is not a formality: it decides who we can send you, and a profile without a radius cannot be offered in person. If you do not know which figure to put, say so: we set it with you before publication.
Apply by e-mail5. How we assess
Every application is read by a person, not by an algorithm. We look at three things: the training (diploma, certification, body), the reality of the practice (you practise, you see clients, your link works), and the coherence with the goals you declare you cover.
We answer every application, including when the answer is no, and we say why. A refusal is not final: the directory opens progressively, and an application too early for a goal or an area can be taken up again when that area opens. If we do not list you, your message joins no file and nothing you wrote to us is published.
Nothing is published without your written agreement on the exact content of your profile. We do not copy a public profile found online to bring you into the directory: the fact that information is public does not give us the right to republish it in a product that presents you as relevant.
6. What it costs you, and what is not for sale
Listing is free. The day money moved between a professional and us, it would be written in plain words on the profile concerned.
And it would change nothing about the profile a plan offers, because that choice is not for sale:
The professional a plan offers is a function of the goal, the town, the format and a stable tie-break. It takes no monetary input.
That is the requirement that already drives the plan's engine: what it recommends comes out of a tested rules module, not out of what a model proposed that day. A directory whose choice is explainable is auditable; a directory whose place is bought is an advertising medium. So we also refuse commission on the introduction, which would create a direct interest in pushing the most expensive support — and without a form relayed by us, it would not be attributable anyway.
7. What we do not pass on to you
We send you nothing from the person's conversation or plan. Not their goal, not their budget, not their age, not what they wrote. They contact you themselves, through your link, away from us — we receive none of your exchanges and keep none of them.
That is a deliberate limit. What the person tells you about their health, they will tell you themselves, when they have decided to.
8. Your data, and how to withdraw
Your profile is a processing of your personal data, and for a regulated profession of a professional identifier. It carries what you gave us and what we publish: your name, your profession, your training, your city or your remote format, your link, and your portrait if you allow us to publish it.
- Publication after written agreement, on the exact content of the profile, without exception.
- Withdrawal on simple request, within seven days, with no justification to provide. Write to hello@mylongevityroadmap.com: your profile is unpublished, and it stops being offered to anyone.
- Correction at any time, through the same address — including your in-person reception radius.
- Your RPPS or ADELI number is neither published nor presented as verified until we have checked it by hand.
The rest — the publisher of the service, the hosts, how user data is processed — is in the terms of use and the privacy policy.
